Perry County Economic Development Project (Sykes Facility)

The Perry County Economic Development Project was a complete interior renovation of a 45,000 SF building. The project was initially intended to prepare the building for occupancy by SYKES, an outsourcing firm that provides customer service and technical support to large businesses. This project was completed in two phases in order to provide the ability to continue using the building. The office areas received new lighting and a drop ceiling, as well as overall renovations to create a more modern appearance.
