StoreLocal Storage

StoreLocal Self Storage, located in Lexington, KY off Citation Boulevard, includes three separate pre-engineered storage buildings.  The main building is 33,280 SF, single-story, and contains storage units and 3,200 SF of office and apartment space for operations. The second storage building is two-story and 26,000 SF per floor, while the third smaller storage building is 8,700 SF and single-story. Construction on the first and third buildings featured heating/cooling, fire protection, and lighting installation, while the second building contained no MEP items.
