Sterling Health Care – Mt. Sterling Medical Office Building

The Sterling Health Care Mt. Sterling Office was constructed as a 20,000 SF two-story medical office building. The site sits on 8+ acres, with work on the site featuring earthwork and retaining wall construction. The building is established on Micro Pile foundations with standard footing construction and slab on grade. The building also includes a Steel Structure and PVC Roof. Exterior elevations consist of brick, stone and metal wall panels. The medical office contains a drive-thru pharmacy window and was completed with standard office finishes. ROW work to US 460 was conducted to provide new access to the site.
