Perry County Library

Codell served as Construction Manager for the Original Construction of Perry County Public Library in 2009. The 28,226 SF state-of-the-art library included large community meeting rooms, a 200-seat amphitheater, specialized computer training rooms for adults and children and a Genealogy Research Room. The third floor of the library was constructed to serve as an art gallery for hosting traveling exhibits. Codell also served as the Construction Manager over a decade later in conducting minor renovations to the library such as HVAC upgrades, space reconfiguration and updated flooring.
