Morgan County Wellness & Youth Center

The Morgan County Wellness & Youth Center is a 48,483 SF facility built upon a 5′ thick structural slab with structural steel and load bearing masonry walls. The exterior of the building features a large curtain wall system, EIFS, brick veneer, standing seam radius roof and TPO roof. The interior includes wood flooring, three basketball courts, a commercial kitchen, an arcade, office space, an exercise facility with rubber flooring, and a walking track. There was also a 2-story area left open for a climbing wall to be installed, as well as space for a bowling alley.
