Morehead State University West Mignon Residence Hall Renovation

Originally constructed in 1964, West Mignon Hall includes 52 4-person units comprising four stories. The project was initiated for the purpose of restoring the structural integrity of the aging building. The scope revolved around a complete structural rehabilitation to repair the vertical and horizontal concrete beams and cracking floors. Other structural modifications included removal and replacement of stairwells and bathrooms. This project also featured a re-roof and window replacements, as well as interior upgrades such as casework, tile, carpet and ceiling panels.
