Millard Elementary School Classroom Addition

Codell served as the Construction Manager on the original construction of Millard Elementary in 2017. The recently completed Classroom Addition Project consisted of a one-story addition comprised of 4 classrooms. Construction included concrete footings and stem walls, slab on grade and CMU bearing walls. The addition also featured steel joist roof construction with EPDM roofing.
