Margaritaville Hotel – Construction Monitoring

Codell was hired to provide oversight management services to the lender on the Margaritaville Hotel project in downtown Nashville. Functioning on behalf of the bank, Codell’s role was to provide a complete overview of the project, advising on both progress and documentation. The building includes 218 guest rooms, parking space, 5,800 SF of banquet space, a rooftop pool and bar, portico, restaurant, coffee shop and retail space.
