Lawrence County Vocational Annex

The Lawrence County Vocational Annex is a 13,525 SF one-story Local Vocational Center located in Lousia, KY. Construction consisted of concrete footings and stem walls, slab on grade and CMU-bearing walls. The building features steel joist roof construction with a combination of metal roofing and EPDM roofing. The interior of the annex consists of one large carpentry lab with a classroom, office and tool storage area. The annex also includes two JROTC classrooms and an accompanying supply room. The Vocational Center also contains common areas such as a reception area, conference room and one set of restrooms. In addition to the main vocational building, the site features a standalone 2,160 SF Greenhouse.
