Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park Spec Building

This building was designed to house operations for a future tenant in the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park in Pikeville, KY. Construction of the 57,689 SF Metal Building began with removing existing soils 15 feet below subgrade and bringing the soil back up with suitable fill. The building includes a structural concrete matt slab foundation, as well as structural stee columns, beams, joists and metal decking. The building also contains a TPO roof system with metal wall panels.
