Heartland Youth Village – Level II Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility

Heartland Youth Village is a 24-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF II) for residents ages 8-17. The facility also features an 8-bed Child Crisis Stabilization Unit (CCSU), which serves as an alternative to inpatient treatment. The overall facility is 24,000 SF with a site of 8+ acres. This project consisted of extensive earthwork and retaining wall construction. Work featured standard footing construction with wooden stud walls and roof trusses. Exterior elevations consisted of brick, stone and fiber cement siding, along with asphalt shingles.
