Georgetown Police Department

The Georgetown Police Department was constructed as a new police station. The lower level of the facility houses the officers, locker room, workout room, evidence storage room and mechanical/electrical equipment.  The upper level contains the offices of the Chief of Police, Detectives, and Administrative Staff, as well as a public lobby and meeting room. The building exterior consists of poured in place concrete walls for the lower level and CMU for the upper level with brick veneer. Interior finishes include metal studs, gypsum board, and paint. Offices have carpet, while public areas have ceramic tile and corridors have VCT. The building also has a membrane roof system, elevator, and secure parking area with fencing for staff.
