Estill County High School Renovation

This project consisted of 3 phases that included work on the baseball and softball complex, football stadium, tennis courts, greenhouse and interior of the high school. The baseball/softball field work consisted of new brick backstops with netting and a new press box, along with concession stands, restrooms, new dugouts and new parking areas with a paved drive. The football complex work featured new grade work, storm drainage, and constructing a new turf field and track, bleachers, and new parking areas. Work on the football complex also included renovating the existing field house and building an additional 3,772 SF field house. Construction on the tennis courts consisted of new paving and resinous coating. This project additionally featured adding a 2,000 SF pre-fabricated unit to serve as the high school’s new greenhouse. Interior renovations on the high school building consisted of building a new secure entry, upgrading vanities and sinks in the restrooms, installing new HVAC and lighting in the gymnasium, and implementing lighting upgrades throughout the entire high school building.
