Ecofibre, USA

The Ecofibre, USA project consisted of constructing a 51,434 SF campus comprised of warehouse, lab and office spaces to serve as the company’s headquarters within the United States. The project was completed in two phases, with Phase I being Sitework & Structural and Phase II being MEP and the remaining divisions of work. The LEED Platinum facility featured Geothermal, Rainwater Collection, Enhanced Commissioning, and Solar Technologies. The building was built on spread footings and slab on grade and included Insulated Metal Wall Panels, Curtain Wall Glazing and Cleanrooms. The site overlooks farm land in Georgetown, KY, with the building’s design and construction showcasing the scenic view.
