Clark’s Pump-N-Shop – Great Acres

This project involved the construction of a new 4,200 SF gas station facility on Lucille Drive in Lexington, KY. The building’s exterior consists of a combination of CMU, brick, and Hardie Board Siding. Joists & Steel decking compose The roof’s structure is composed of joists & steel decking, with TPO membrane. The interior of the gas station consists of metal stud framing, drywall, porcelain tile, ACT, etc. The gas station also includes coolers, freezers, and casework – all provided by the Owner.
