Candlewood Suites – Panama City Beach, FL

Codell served as the General Contractor on the construction of Candlewood Suites in Panama City Beach, FL. The eighty-four suite, four-story extended stay hotel includes four ADA rooms and eight rooms for hearing impaired. All rooms were fitted with a kitchenette consisting of a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The hotel also contains an outdoor pool, fitness area, guest laundry space, and outdoor gazebo with gas grills.
