Alliance Coal Office Building

Alliance Coal needed to consolidate and expand its Lexington headquarters. Their new property is located in the geometric center of Beaumont Circle. Design elements have evolved around an open floor plan concept while private, enclosed spaces are mostly internalized to allow natural light to penetrate deep into the heart of building. The exterior is meant to establish a strong identity while maintaining a modest appearance. The building was fast-tracked with early release bid packages, expediting the foundation and steel trades.
