	CORPORATE OFFICERS
	David Codell – Board Chairman David has been with Codell since 1972. He became President in 2002 and has since been named Board Chairman. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Transylvania University. As Board Chairman, David oversees the entire company.
	James C. Codell, IV – President/CEO Jim has been with Codell since 1991. He has a B.S. and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Jim started out in the company as a Project Superintendent and has since been named President/CEO. As President, Jim oversees the business development department and the day to day functions of the company.
	Richard E. Scott – Vice President/CFO Rick has been with Codell since 1971. He has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and Kentucky Society of CPA’s. As Vice President/CFO, Rick oversees the entire accounting department.
	Frances L. Jones – Corporate Secretary Frances has been with the Codell since 1979. She has earned a Kentucky Business Class Degree. As Corporate Secretary, Frances oversees the administrative personnel and manages all project contracts.
	Patrick Codell – Treasurer Patrick has been with Codell for over 8 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Western Kentucky University. He started out in the administrative department and has been promoted to Treasurer. As Treasurer, Patrick’s duties include processing pay applications, invoices for contractors and suppliers and change orders. He also assists the Vice-President/CFO with the accounting department.
	Jeff VanHook - Controller Jeff has a diverse and extensive background in the construction industry. He graduated from Transylvania University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. As Controller, Jeff's primary role is to supervise the Accounting Department and assist the Vice-President/CFO and Treasurer. In addition he serves as a part of the Management team in planning and policy-making for the organization.
