Codell Construction Company has proudly provided over a century of quality construction services throughout the world!

Originally specializing in mass earth and rock excavation, Codell Construction Company diversified into the field of construction management in 1985.  Prior to entering the Construction Management field, Codell Construction Company built in excess of 500 miles of railroads in the eastern and southeastern United States, and was responsible for the construction of approximately 2,000 miles of super highways and secondary roads including bridges in central and southeastern United States.  In addition, Codell Construction Company also completed several major projects for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.

In past years Codell Construction Company has actively participated in several large Joint Ventures as well as performing sizeable contracts as an individual company.  The Company participated in the Joint Venture which built the $150 million Oroville Dam in California, at the time the highest earthfill dam in the world, and was actively involved in the construction of Trans Alaska Pipeline System.  

Codell Construction Company was involved in a three company Joint Venture in Guatemala, C.A., over a period of ten years. This Venture completed the lengthening and resurfacing of the Guatemala City International Airport, and also performed work for the Guatemalan Highway Department during the ten-year period.

Since electing to enter into the Construction Management field, Codell Construction Company has been employed by several local school systems to oversee their projects, including both new buildings and addition/renovation projects. 

Codell Construction Company also has served as Construction Manager on numerous detention centers located throughout the State of Kentucky, as well as many courthouses and judicial centers.  We have also provided services to clients for hospitals and clinic buildings.  Please see project listing and also letters of recommendation from various clients.

          Codell Construction Company has experience with a wide array of facilities including educational, courthouses, detention centers, family activity centers, and medical.  As of 2008, Codell Construction Company has provided construction management services for projects totaling in excess of $1 billion.
